Our Policy on the Lawful and Ethical Use of AI Technologies

3.1 Prohibited Practices.

XHTMLTEAM does not build, deploy, or support AI systems that:

Mislead, manipulate, or deceive users.
Exploit vulnerable individuals due to age, disability, or socio-economic background.
Discriminate against individuals or groups based on gender, race, religion, or other protected attributes.
Use biometric or personal data to categorize individuals without explicit consent.
Create or use facial recognition databases from images or video without permission.
Apply emotion detection in workplace or education settings, except for legitimate safety or medical purposes.
Mimic, clone, or reproduce a person’s voice, image, or likeness without their explicit consent.
Violate copyright laws or misuse intellectual property.

3.2 Transparency

Users must be informed when interacting with an AI-powered tool, service, or feature.
Clear information about the AI’s purpose, limitations, and intended use will be provided.
AI outputs are assistive, and final decisions will always involve human judgment.

3.3 Fairness & Non-Discrimination

All AI-assisted processes must undergo bias and fairness checks before implementation.
Training datasets and testing procedures must be inclusive and representative.
Systems must have safeguards to detect and mitigate unintended bias in outputs.

3.4 Privacy & Data Protection

XHTMLTEAM adheres to strict Data Privacy and Protection policies.
Personal or sensitive data must be anonymized before being used in AI systems.
Client data is never reused across projects or shared with third-party AI models without explicit permission.

3.5 Responsibility & Human Oversight

All AI applications must be purpose-driven and aligned with business goals defined by humans.
Human oversight is mandatory at every stage: design, development, deployment, and review.
Project leads are responsible for assessing the impact and risks of AI use before release.
