- Basic Package: The turnaround time for our Basic Package may vary depending on the complexity of the design. For the first template, the standard turnaround time is 2 Days. However, If you order more than 2 templates, the timeframe will be 1-2 days per template, subject to availability.
- Premium Package: The 1-day timeframe applies specifically to email template coding. The integration of email software is not included in this timeframe and will vary depending on its complexity. To proceed with the integration, you'll need to provide login credentials.
- Litmus is a subscription-based email testing tool that costs $500 per month. It offers limited preview options based on the subscription plan, and additional charges apply for extra previews beyond the limit. However, since we’ve already subscribed to Litmus, you’ll get unlimited email previews absolutely free when you choose our Premium package.
- If you send an Adobe XD file, please provide an Adobe XD Development Link with downloadable assets . If it's a Figma, Framer or Canva link, please grant permission for us to access the design files without needing to log in.
- If you have any instructions or project notes, please include them in your order. Any requested changes after project completion will incur charges because it's additional work beyond the initial scope.

Yes, we code fully responsive email templates. We’ve been in HTML conversion since 2006—starting from table-based layouts, then moving to div-based, and now to responsive and framework-based HTML development.
Our team is highly experienced in using media queries and custom CSS (along with inline styles) to ensure perfect responsiveness. All our packages include responsive designs by default, guaranteeing compatibility across all major devices and email clients.
How do you test your email templates?
We test all our email templates on Litmus — a premium email testing platform. Our team has an active subscription (starting at $500/month with 2,000 screen views).
If you choose our Premium package ($299 per email template), we’ll test your design on Litmus and share the preview links with you — at no extra cost.

How quickly can you create email templates?
We can deliver 5–10 email templates within 24 hours, depending on the complexity of the layout. If you choose our Premium package, we’ll also work on weekends (including Sundays) and provide Litmus testing with screenshots as part of the service.
Do you provide services on weekends?
We are available on weekends exclusively for Premium orders. If you have an urgent project with tight deadlines, feel free to discuss it with us.
Do you provide revision options?
We provide unlimited revisions, but please note that any new changes not included in your initial requirements may incur additional charges.
